Brett Combs

Brett Combs is a twenty year resident of Del Mar, CA. He graduated from the University of San Diego with a Business degree emphasizing finance and marketing. The creation of Pacific Shore Platinum came out of his true desire to create a full service brokerage firm that, above all, maintained a high level of service and professionalism. Brett has been involved all aspects of real estate including finance, development, marketing, land, and new construction sales. His knowledge and experience has brought Pacific Shore Platinum to the top of the industry. Brett will continue to search for the latest and greatest ways to find or market your investment through creative marketing and first class service. Be assured whether you are a buyer, seller, investor, or renter, Brett and his team will treat each client with the finest level of customer service.

Dane Soderberg

Dane Soderberg is a native of La Jolla, and has lived in the Del Mar area since 1978. Being that his wife Kristin is a teacher for the Del Mar school district, the two are naturally involved in their communities. During his time as a local in the area, he has become extremely educated on the coastal communities' housing, lifestyles, and quality of life that each holds. After a decade long carrier as a hotelier, he decided to combine his education in finance from SDSU with his service intensive hospitality training, and make the move to the real estate profession. Most recently serving as part of the team that turned The Inn at Rancho Santa Fe around, he understands the importance of long time relationships and providing his clients with the best service. Dane now enjoys the satisfaction of leading his clients through every step of buying or selling real estate. Knowing the purchase of a home can be the biggest decision in one's life, he strives to ensure the correct decisions are made for each client. His down to earth professionalism is illustrated in the statement, "People do not want to be sold something; instead they are looking for someone to help them buy what they want." Ingrid Siikov

Ingrid Siikov is a twenty year veteran real estate executive in southern California. She was most recently instrumental in the successful sellout of the first 232 unit luxury high-rise condominium project in Orange County, CA by Bosa Development Corporation with a second phase of 566 units commencing in February 2007. Ingrid was instrumental in the growth of San Diego's downtown condo market as Director of Sales and retail Leasing for the first luxury high-rise Meridian Company, presales for the Park Laurel project in Balboa Park and Pacific Regent Senior Condo project in La Jolla, CA. She was one of the top producing sales executives with Four Seasons Hotels initiating the pilot fractional ownership program "Residence Club" at Aviara, CA. She brings an immense knowledge of the luxury condo, housing, vacation and second home market in Southern California. With Ingrid's proven sales and marketing experience, she brings industry connections and expertise that will assist developers in maximizing their real estate investments.

Phil Sheard

Phil is native of the UK, and has been involved in many successful business ventures in San Diego and other parts of the world. He has also managed a portfolio of income properties in the Del Mar and San Diego areas. Phil brings expertise to the company from his wide range of business experiences, making him a valuable resource. Phil is an avid outdoorsman and has a great love of the Ocean. He has participated in the Iron Man in Hawaii, as well as many other sporting events. A 20 year resident of Del Mar, Phil has a sound knowledge of the coastal communities and great networking skills; he will know when and where the choice investments are prior to them hitting the market. We are very happy to have Phil Sheard onboard with the Pacific Shore Platinum team.

Christie Combs

Christie joined the Pacific Shore Platinum team in 2003. She was born and raised in Rancho Santa Fe and Del Mar. She attended Torrey Pines High School and received her bachelor's degree at the University of San Diego. Christie then had a successful acting career in LA for 3 years. Christie prides herself on having thorough knowledge and understanding of the San Diego area, and has built a strong network of friends and business connections in the area. She takes a proactive approach to each listing, aggressively finding a home for clients looking to lease, and a buyer for her homes for sale through her many contacts. Her main goals in real estate are to make her clients feel secure with whom they are working with, and to make every outcome a happy and successful one.

Amy Jenkins-Robbins

Amy is a fairly new Californian, having moved here a little over three years ago. She is originally from Colorado, but greatly prefers the warmer climate of San Diego. She and her husband reside in Solana Beach and love spending a lot of their time in Del Mar and La Jolla. Amy joined the Pacific Shore Platinum team in 2005 and comes to us with over eight years accounting experience including previous work with large law firms and interior design firms in the Denver and Miami areas. Amy takes pride in her attention to detail and customer service skills.

Kerry Ryder

Kerry is a San Diego native, and graduate of Torrey Pines High School in Del Mar. After a few years away at the University of Montana earning a Bachelorâ€™s degree in English and Education, she is pleased to be back in Del Mar enjoying the wonderful weather. Kerry spent four years teaching high school English, and is now happy to be a part of the Pacific Shore Platinum team working as Director of Operations, keeping things organized and running smoothly. Passionate about working with at-risk children to improve their lives, Kerry volunteers with programs in San Diego supporting youth literacy as well as being a Court Appointed Special Advocate for children in the foster care system; she feels very lucky to be working for Pacific Shore Platinum, which supports these endeavors. Kerry thoroughly enjoys working with our clients to help them buy or lease the amazing homes available through Pacific Shore Platinum.

Andy Brown

Andy Brown was born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona and is a graduate of the University of Arizona. Upon graduation, he entered into the real estate industry at a brokerage in Arizona to learn the business. Following his real estate instincts, he moved to San Diego in 1996 where he began a successful career in the mortgage industry. Subsequently, an incredible opportunity took him to Las Vegas where he spent six years working for a national mortgage company. After being nationally recognized as one of the top mortgage account executives for First Horizon Home Loans, Andy decided to return to San Diego where his heart is. He brings his vast knowledge of mortgage and real estate to the Pacific Shore Platinum team.

Aaron and Jill Howard

Aaron and Jill are both University of California at Santa Barbara graduates. They have lived in San Diego's north county for the past 7 years, and together, offer an innovative and proactive approach to real estate.

Aaron grew up in northern California's beautiful Mendocino County. His professional background includes firefighting and assisting in the production of documentaries for major cable networks. His love of the outdoors and surfing has naturally equipped him with a strong knowledge of the scenic coastal communities he specializes in. He can easily envision a property's potential and clients he works with have grown to trust his judgment regarding which homes will make promising investments. Aaron's persistence in helping clients find what they're looking for is unmatched, as is his willingness to go above and beyond for them.

Jill is a southern California native. She grew up in Manhattan Beach, where she developed an appreciation for the quality of life elements that accompany living in a beach community. Her professional background includes 7 years of on air TV reporting and 3 years as a media relations consultant and marketing writer. Jill's close attention to detail and creative writing talents have been instrumental in carrying out some highly successful marketing campaigns for clients. Her down to earth approach to real estate includes always putting herself in her client's shoes in order to truly find the best fit for them.

Stephanie Strommen

With a powerful combination of experience in both advertising sales and real estate, Stephanie Strommen joins Pacific Shore Platinum with over eight years of experience in both of these fields. She has worked with top national companies such as AOL Time Warner and Clear Channel Communications in marketing and advertising sales. In 2005, Stephanie entered the real estate field to run the marketing and sales department of a local real estate news network. Most recently Stephanie has been the Marketing Director and buyerâ€™s agent for a top producing luxury realtor in Rancho Santa Fe, California. Originally from Minnesota, Stephanie has spent the last five years living downtown and today specializes in Downtown San Diego and La Jolla real estate sales and leasing.

Jeran Fraser

Jeran is a native of Southern California and has spent the majority of his working days researching and studying the western US real estate markets. He has been involved in the sale of thousands of acres across theUS along with the sales some larger rental properties here in San Diego. The investment market is his forte and with his uncanny ability to talk to just about anyone he is a great asset to Pacific Shore Platinum. Jeran also spends his time donating back to the community through a number of different non-profits. You can find Jeran in the water or at local community event and when you do donâ€™t hesitate to talk to him!

Debbie Carpenter

With a degree from Scripps College in Economics and Accounting, Debbie began her career working in Finance for an S&L, and as an Auditor for Ernst & Whinney and for homeowners associations. As a substitute teacher in Del Mar, Debbie learned first-hand what makes our schools strong. She also gained valuable understanding of residential home development as Chair of the Project Review Committee for the Torrey Pines Community Planning Board. Debbie now applies that experience in accounting, finance, and development as a real estate agent, making clean, profitable transactions that maximize the value to her clients. Starting in 2004 as part of an established team at Prudential California, she later became an individual agent. At P.S. Platinum, Debbie offers her clients the benefits of a supportive and responsive management team with the best technology and marketing available.

Debbie is pleased to have strengthened her professional negotiation skills, which enable her to help clients obtain better results in the sale or purchase of their home. Debbie can uncover hidden opportunities, help clients understand their options, work collaboratively with others, and resolve deadlocks. Agents who receive this certification are in the top 1% of all agents nationally.

Blaine Ostrander

Blaine is a San Diego Native and he has been working in the real estate industry in San Diego for over a decade. Working his through the ranks at San Diego's own HomeFed Bank from teller to management trainee, Blaine went on to complete his undergraduate degree in Behavioral Science.

When Blaine transitioned into the real estate industry, he gained experience in both commercial as well as new home production building where he enhanced his skill set in construction processes, city planning, permitting, bidding, build to suit leasing as well as marketing, market research and sales negotiation. In addition to his education and business experience, Blaine's credentials include his Real Estate Broker's License as well as his Registered Representative License Series 63 and Series 7.

Blaine attributes his business experience, relationships, commitment to client service and knowledge of the San Diego real estate market as only part of his success as a Real Estate Broker. Blaine credit's the balance of his success to the team he surrounds himself with and his clients who entrust him.
